Dear Reader, Our participation to Semicon China 2019 yielded excellent results for the year ahead.SEMICON CHINA 2019. A busy week, last week, in Shanghai. We participated presenting our new plasma cleaning System IRIS, a new breed of systems ready for Industry 4.0.
