Super Compact Inline Plasma System

Applications

QML-B is a the smallest inline plasma cleaning system found in the market with only 480 mm of width. This system has been designed for applications where machine footprint is paramount.

Being part of the QML family, QML-B has all the characteristcs to sustain all the demands of a 24/7 continuous inline production environment.


QML-B has been used in a range of applications mostly in the Automotive industry. QML-B has been typically used for:

  • Plasma cleaning before wire-bonding on modules

  • Plasma cleaning before transfer molding on modules


  • Plasma cleaning on PCBs, BGA substrates

  • Plasma cleaning before sinter paste deposition on modules



QML-B main advantage is its extremely reduced dimensions, this advantage does not compromise on accessibility. QML-B is in fact been designed to allow complete access from its front and back covers.

All the important subasseblies can be manually extracted with a click from the machine software to allow maintenance access.

Advanced traceability options are available on this system to easily integrate with a variety of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
